Our fleet
Primera Air is the groups own airline and operates five new Boeing 737-800 and one Boeing 737-700 for the groups companies. It’s aircrafts are based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Billund, Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki.
This latest addition brings the fleet to a total of 6 aircrafts. All our aircrafts are the new generation Boeing with the highest specifications available, securing the airline the longest range, and highest fuel efficency available.
All flights are operated by Primera Air, which Primera Travel Group is the sole shareholder in.
Flight Operations
Daily operations are conducted from the head office in Iceland which includes Primera Air Flight Operations Department and Primera Air Operations Control Centre along with Primera Air Commercial and Finance, HR and IT Department.
Maintenance
Maintenance and engineering for the Boeing 737-800 fleet is managed by Primera Air Technical Operations in our Head Office in Iceland. For the Boeing fleet the maintenance is sub-contracted to Austrian Technik. All maintenance is under the supervision of Primera Air Technical Department. Line stations are set up at temporary bases during chartered flights.
